A litigator of family, criminal, real estate, and commercial matters with 14 years of relevant experience, David McNamee currently serves as Principal and Managing Partner of McNamee Law Office, LLC in Beavercreek, Ohio. Commanding an impressive academic background, he laid the educative foundations for his career as an undergraduate at the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana. During his time at the University, David McNamee pursued studies in a wide range of topics, ultimately narrowing his focus to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern studies.

Following receipt of his Bachelor of Arts from Notre Dame in 1994, David McNamee gained entry to the University of Dayton School of Law, where, for the next three years, he continued to build on his exemplary academic record. An outstanding student at Dayton Law, he served on the editorial staff of the Dayton Law Review, participated in various Moot Court competitions, and earned the school’s American Jurisprudence Award for Academic Excellence. Graduating cum laude from Dayton Law in 1997 with his Juris Doctor, David McNamee subsequently passed the Ohio Bar Examination and received admission to practice before all Ohio state courts.

Shortly after graduation, he founded McNamee Law Office, LLC, where he currently provides representation to clients in numerous areas of commercial, real estate, criminal, and matrimonial law. Over the years, he has served the needs of numerous Ohio residents through McNamee Law Office, LLC, representing clients in and around the Miami Valley region, including Greene, Montgomery, Miami, Warren, and Clark Counties.
